This course is designed for anyone interested in exploring TouchDesigner, mastering projection mapping techniques, and creating compelling video assets tailored specifically for mapping applications. No prior experience is required, making it accessible for both beginners and seasoned enthusiasts.”

We encourage students to use a computer that meets the minimum system requirements for running TouchDesigner.

Students should arrive with the free or commercial version of TouchDesigner installed on their computer. 

A projector, 1k to 4k ansilumens.

Object/surface to be mapped, of your choice.

3-button mouse with a scroll wheel to properly navigate the software environment. 

Students can also bring one controller or sensor that they want to work with, such as a midi controller, Leap Motion, Kinect, or other input device.

None. Beginners are encouraged & welcome!

This workshop is beginner-friendly, and while we do recommend a basic knowledge of working with a computer, no prior knowledge or experience with TouchDesigner, or audio-visual design is necessary.
